End User Agreement

The customer signing the Savvy Dealer Subscription Agreement agrees that Customer's use of any products or services offered by Savvy Dealer, Inc. will be subject to these standard terms and conditions.

1. Agreement and Services

This Agreement governs Customer's use of all Services ordered from Savvy Dealer. Subject to Customer's payment of applicable Fees, Savvy Dealer will provide the Services identified in each Invoice.

2. Access to Services

Savvy Dealer grants Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access and use the Services solely for the purpose of enhancing, managing, and displaying data relating to motor vehicles.

3. Data Rights

Customer retains ownership of all Inventory Data and Performance/Transaction Data. Customer grants Savvy Dealer license to use this data for service delivery and improvement purposes.

4. Term and Termination

Customer may terminate with 90 days' written notice. Savvy Dealer may terminate with 30 days' notice. All unpaid fees become immediately due upon termination.

5. Fees and Payment

Payments are due monthly in advance. Late payments may bear interest at 1.5% per month. All amounts paid are non-refundable.
